About the event
In this workshop you will learn what is a mandala, you will be shown different mandalas from various cultures and practices. You will learn what a mandala painting can be used for and how it can awaken your creativity, help you to learn deeper parts of your psyche, personality and identity. It’s a fun and deep hands on workshop where you will create your own unique mandala. There will be time to share in a group about the experience and learn from others. You will learn an active form of meditation. This is a deep internal process that can bring up emotions, thoughts, inspiration and healing so please come with an open mind and heart.
All art materials will be provided but feel free to bring yourcfavourite tools if you wish. All supporting information and guidance will be provided. All donations will proceed to U.C.H.
